Wayne Ramirez brings more than three decades of leadership, business, and real estate experience to every client relationship. His unique background in operations management, finance, mortgage lending, insurance, and real estate allows him to guide buyers and sellers through some of life’s most important decisions with confidence and clarity.

Before entering real estate, Wayne spent more than 20 years with FedEx, where he built a reputation for leadership, innovation, and customer service. As a District Manager overseeing operations throughout the Alamo District, including portions of Texas and Oklahoma, Wayne managed large teams and complex operations while consistently delivering results. During his tenure, he received multiple Station of the Year awards, recognizing excellence in leadership, service, and profitability. He also developed employee-focused hiring programs that incorporated peer participation into the interview and hiring process, helping create stronger teams and workplace cultures.

After a successful corporate career and while raising his family, Wayne transitioned into the real estate industry in 2005, beginning in mortgage lending with Wells Fargo. His experience in financing gave him a deep understanding of the home buying process and the financial decisions that accompany it. In 2016, Wayne launched his own real estate business, combining his expertise in lending, finance, and customer service to provide clients with a comprehensive real estate experience.

Today, Wayne has been a licensed Texas REALTOR® for more than 10 years and has successfully closed over 100 real estate transactions totaling more than $30 million in sales volume. His clients value his steady guidance, strong negotiation skills, and commitment to helping them make informed decisions throughout the buying and selling process.

Wayne specializes in serving clients throughout San Antonio and has particular expertise in established neighborhoods throughout the city’s urban core and northwest areas. As a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®), he has completed specialized training through the National Association of REALTORS® to assist homeowners and buyers age 50 and older as they navigate downsizing, retirement moves, estate sales, and other life transitions. He is also bilingual and proudly serves both English- and Spanish-speaking clients.

A dedicated professional, Wayne is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Texas REALTORS®, and the San Antonio Board of REALTORS®, where he has also served on the Finance Committee. His commitment to service extends beyond real estate. He currently serves on the Central Catholic High School Alumni Board and is an active member of the Jefferson Neighborhood Association.

A proud San Antonio native, Wayne is a graduate of Central Catholic High School, Texas A&M University, and Our Lady of the Lake University, where he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree. He and his wife of more than 30 years are proud parents of four children and grandparents to six grandchildren.
